The club met up again at Craig Park in Fullerton for a day of Carp fishing. The forecast called for cold temps and showers so we expected to have tough fishing. The fishing wasn't too bad however and many fish were landed and some nice ones were also lost. The tournament winner for this event was determined by the single heaviest fish. Adrian came in first with a nice 8lb 12oz. fish caught near the end of the day. Dave24 came in second at 5.8 lb's and Ralph came in 3rd at 5.6 lbs. This event had a great turnout and we would like to thank everyone that brought and helped cook the great food. We would also like to thank all of the sponsors that donated the raffle prizes. The November Derby was held at El Dorado Park in Long Beach. We had a good turnout and even though the fishing was slow there were a few good fish landed. Robert took first place with a nice 8.9 lb fish. Dave24 took second with a 4.8. There was a tie for 3rd at 4.0 between David Huh and Eddie.More Derby Pics

Our second derby was held again at Craig Park on 9/11/2004.  This derby had a great turnout and the fishing was much better this time around.  Dave24 was the winner with a 4 fish total of 21 lbs. 10oz..  Second went to Robert with a 3 fish total of 14lb 11oz. Third place went to Karl with a 2 fish total of 10lb. 6oz.  A great barbeque and tons of prizes made the day even better.  Thanks to everyone who helped to make this a great event.
