The club will be taking a derby break in June to hold the 07/08 Carp Masters Classic. Participants in this event are determined by the top 10 point earners, based on their finishes in the past year's derbies. Congrats to all that qualified! A great representation of SoCal's best in carping will be there!

The Big Bear Lake derby has become the SCCC's most anticipated derby every year! This is an event where members and their families are ALL invited to spend the weekend to socialize, BBQ, and fish! The Saturday night BBQ always means good food and good fun. The tough part is getting up by 6am Sunday morning to start the derby! However, once everyone is awake and the lines are in the water, the fun starts all over again! Details will be posted on the message board after the Classic event. Hope to see everyone there!!!
